- dumpling dough made from the same quantities and in the same way as for Cottage Cheese Dumplings;
Filling
- 10 oz / 300 g sirloin
- 1 big onion
- 1 tablespoon fat
- pepper
- salt
- 2 tablespoons fat for scalding dumplings
