Mashed Pumpkin with Potatoes

Ingredients

• 300 g pumpkin
• 3 potatoes
• 0.5 cupful milk or 2 – 3 tbsp sour cream
• salt

Directions

1. Wash the pumpkin with the skin and seeds removed, cut into chunks and boil.
2. Boil and mash the potatoes.
3. Mash the pumpkin and combine with the potatoes.
4. Add the milk or sour cream, salt and stew.
5. Serve with milk.
