Basil Dressing

Ingredients

• ½ cup plain yogurt, light or regular
• 3 tbsp low-fat cottage cheese
• 2 tbsp finely-minced fresh basil
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp herb vinegar
• salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Place all ingredients except salt and pepper into a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
