Chinese Pork Hash

Pork Hash
Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground pork
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped shiitake mushroom
- 2 tbsp green onion, minced
- parsley, optional
- 1 TB soy sauce
- 1 TB oyster sauce
- 1TB chung choy, minced
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 TB cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into a large patty. Place in a heat-proof bowl and steam for 25 minutes.
