Walnut Cream

Description

In Romanian: crema de nuci

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 8 oz / 250 g walnuts
• 5 oz / 150 g sugar
• ¼ cup rum

Directions

1. Set the milk to boil with the ground walnuts and sugar.
2. Keep stirring until the paste is thick.
3. Remove from heat, let cool, add rum and mix well.
