All-purpose Dry Rub

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons black pepper
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 2 tablespoons onion powder
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon coarse salt
• ½ teaspoon ground sage
• ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (opt)

Directions

1. Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks.
2. Great with ribs, brisket, and chicken.
3. Enjoy.
