Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Anderson Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1991. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces vodka
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounces cream of coconut
- 1 slice pineapple
- 1 cherry
Directions
- Blend vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and one cup of ice in an electric blender.
- Blend at high speed until well combined then pour into a wineglass.
- Decorate with pineapple and cherry.
