Asian Glazed Short Ribs

Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 4 Hrs, 10 minutes
- 4 lb Beef (or Pork) Short Ribs
- 1 Env onion soup mix
- 1/2 c apricot Preserves
- 1/2 c chili sauce
- 1/4 c Firmly Packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 c water
Arrange The Ribs in The Crockpot. Combine RemainingIngredients, Except cornstarch And water.
Cook, Covered on Low For 8 to 10 Hrs or on High
For 4 to 6 Hrs, or Until Ribs Are Tender. Remove Ribs to ServingPlatter; Keep Warm. in Small Bowl, Combine cornstarch With water. Stir IntoSauce And Cook, Covered, 10 to 15 minutes or Until Thickened. PourSauce Over Ribs.
