The pummelo is a huge citrus fruit. It is the predecesor to the grapefruit. Compared to a grapefruit, the pummelo is milder. It might be wise to assume that the grapefruit's well-known drug interaction problems apply to the pummelo as well. A pummelo can be served like a grapefruit.
