Description
Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts turn this guacamole into a family favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 California avocados, about 1 pound
- ½ Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp shredded fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped sun-dried tomato (packed in oil; drained)
- 2 Tbsp toasted pine nuts
- ½ tsp salt
