Procedure

  1. For dough, put all the dough ingredients, knead until become the dough.
  2. Close with aluminium foil and rest until 2 hours in fridge.
  3. Prepare the toppings, mix briefly and rest at 3 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough, fill the toppings in pizza, and bake with temperature 200 degree Celsius at 30 minutes.
