Description
Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 large pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Procedures
- Combine rhubarb, gelatin, vanilla, and 1/2 cup orange juice in a 9-inch square baking dish.
- Blend remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl until crumbly.
- Sprinkle crumbs over rhubarb mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, just until bubbly.
