Description

- Makes 1½ dozen
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Procedures
- Sift together sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
- Combine milk, vegetable oil and eggs, mixing well.
- Add to flour mixture.
- Add pecans.
- Fill greased (or lined) muffin tins and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425°F.
