Procedures

  1. In a bowl soften the gelatin in ¼-cup water for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan melt the chocolate with the cinnamon and sweet and low liquid.
  3. Stir constantly.
  4. Slowly add the evaporated milk and water.
  5. Stir to mix.
  6. Add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla; set aside cool.
  8. When the mixture begins to thicken, stir in the nuts.
  9. Pour into a pan.
  10. When firm, cut into squares.
