This recipe came from an estate sale. It was obtained when the family collection was purchased from the Burnett Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1981.
Ingredients
- ½ Pound cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tablespoons grated white onion
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 Teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- ½ Cup finely chopped dried beef
Procedures
- Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft enough to beat
- Add milk to make a smooth paste and beat in onion and seasonings.
- Add dried beef, stirring to make the mixture a smooth paste.
- Pack paste firmly into mold
- Chill until ready to serve.
