Description

Piloncillo is a dark brown sugar sold in hard cones at Mexican Supermarkets.

Procedures

  1. To make the syrup, combine the above ingredients in a saucepan
  2. Simmer slowly and stir until the cones are dissolved completely.
  3. Let cool, strain and bottle.
