Ingredients

Choco-mallow surprise

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9x9 pan with cooking oil.
  3. At high speed, cream the butter and sugar until light.
  4. Add vanilla and mix some more.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the dry ingredients mixing only until combined.
  7. Spread the mixture onto the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  9. When cool, sprinkle icing sugar on top or spread with choco-mallow surprise sauce.

Choco-mallow surprise

  1. For sauce, boil water, then lower heat.
  2. Add chocolate chips and sugar, mixing until dissolved.
  3. Turn off heat.
  4. Add mini marshmallows and a tsp of boiling water.
  5. Mix well with a spoon until marshmallows melt and combine with the choco mixture.
  6. Add boiling water to the mixture while mixing, until desired consistency is attained.
  7. Spread over 24 revel bars.
