Procedure

  1. Rinse the oysters in a colander and drain well.
  2. Put the live oysters in the shell in a large saute pan on medium-high heat and leave them till their shells open a little.
  3. Take them off the heat, open them on a plate, and season with salt and pepper.

Thus they are excellent for delicate stomachs.
