Potato Pancake

Ingredients

• 1 lb / 500 g potatoes
• ½ cup flour
• 1 oz / 25 g yeast
• 2 tablespoons oil
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• salt
• sour cream

Procedures

1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
2. Grate small.
3. Place in a bowl, add sugar, salt, yeast mixed with milk and flour.
4. Mix everything well, cover and place in a warm place.
5. After it has risen, take tablespoonfuls and fry on both sides in hot oil.
6. Serve hot with sour cream.
