- Danish blue cheese
- sweet soft butter
- cold roast beef
- chopped chives
Directions
- Spread white or whole-wheat bread with equal parts Danish blue cheese and soft sweet butter, mixed together until smooth.
- Top with slices of cold roast beef and sprinkle with chopped chives.
