CABBAGE ROLLS

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Parboil the cabbage in lightly-salted boiling water about 2 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Cut out the thick stem part.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  5. Mix the ground beef with salt and potato starch.
  6. Gradually add milk and season with spices.
  7. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf.
  8. Wrap the leaf around the meat to form a small package.
  9. Place the cabbage rolls in a greased ovenproof dish.
  10. Pour over the water and place the dish in a water bath.
  11. Bake for about 30 minutes.
