Description
This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hager estate in Canton, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 1 tablespoon lemon extract
- 1 pound candied chopped fruit
- 2 cups pecans chopped
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix fruit and nuts in a large bowl then add flour and mix well.
- Cream sugar and butter then add eggs and flavorings.
- Combine the two mixtures then bake in miniature muffin pans at 300 °F for 20 minutes.
