Ingredients

  1. 1 lb fillets (use a firm )
  2. 2 tablespoons Bacon, chopped
  3. 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  4. 1 cup potatoes, diced
  5. 2 cups whole milk
  6. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 dash pepper

Directions

1. Cut fillets into 1/2 - 1 inch cubes.

2. Fry the Bacon until it is crisp.

3. Add the onions and brown them slightly.

4. Add the potatoes, and water to just cover, and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are slightly tender.

5. Add the and cook until it flakes easily with a fork.

6. Add the milk and seasonings and reheat. Serve immediately with chopped parsley sprinkled over the top.
