Description

  • Cooking time: 1 hour
  • Serves 4

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season shrimp with lemon juice and salt.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Clean mushrooms.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  5. Alternate shrimp and mushrooms on skewers; coat with mixture of remaining ingredients and arrange in a shallow baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F, turning from time to time until shrimp are done and sauce dries up.
  7. Baste constantly.
  8. Serve hot.
