Directions

  1. Crush the coconut, cumin seeds, curry leaves and garlic.
  2. Put the vegetable in a pan and boil with salt and chillies.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté ingredients.
  4. Add the turmeric and chilly powder, boiled vegetables and crushed ingredients.
  5. Mix well and serve hot.
