Description

Potato curry

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Burn crushed garlic in oil, remove garlic and fry curry powder for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sliced potatoes, mango, water and salt.
  3. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve with roti or rice.
