Cajun Spice Mix
2 T. paprika 1 T. chili powder 2 t. onion powder 2 t. garlic powder 1 1/2 t. salt 1 1/2 t. white pepper 1 t. dried oregano 1 t. dried thyme
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. Makes about 1/3 cup. Source: Taste of Home
