Almond Fudge Bars
1/2 cup of butter or margarine 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate 1 cup of sugar 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract 3/4 cup of flour 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate pieces 1/3 cup of chopped almonds
In a saucepan, melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add the eggs, one art a time, beating well. Stir in almond extract. Add the flour, mix well. Stir in chocolate pieces and almonds. Spread in a greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350�F. for 30 minutes. Cool, cut into squares.
