Ingredients
- 10 medium sized waxy potatoes, peeled or not peeled,
- 6 Tbsp margarine
- 1/2 cup flour,
- 4 cups chicken soup broth,
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 large onions chopped
- salt and pepper
- Paprika
Procedure
- Thinly slice the potatoes
- In a saucepan melt 6 Tbsp margarine
- add the flour, chicken soup broth, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and onion. Simmer till thickened.
- In a pan, layer potatoes slices and the sauce (like a lasagna) top with paprika.
- Bake in an over for 1.5 hour uncovered
Notes, tips, and variations
- Tammi's Variation: I do less margarine about 3-4 Tbsp b/c it's too oily.
