Directions

  1. Peel, seed and slice the quinces one inch thick.
  2. Place in cold water.
  3. At this time, boil the water with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. When the syrup is half done, add the quinces, cover and let simmer until softened.
  5. Serve cold.
