Description

In Romanian: Supa de zarzavat II

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the vegetables in salt water, at low heat, for one and a half hours.
  2. Sieve.
  3. Fry the butter with the flour in a pan and pour the sieved soup on top, stirring continuously.
  4. Let boil for a minute or two longer and then add the chopped parsley.
