Description

It is a vegetable soup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Blend the tomato, pepper, Onion and chilli.
  2. Add some palm oil to a pot and add the blended mix to it.
  3. Let it cook till it is thick. meanwhile
  4. Chop the spinach up into small pieces and add it to the pot.
  5. Season with salt and finally add the boiled fish and let is simmer for 5 minutes...serve HOT!
