  • Makes 36 triple layer cookie bars

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In baking pan, melt butter in oven.
  3. Sprinkle crumbs over butter.
  4. Top with coconut then milk.
  5. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. In a bowl, melt chips with peanut butter in microwave 15 seconds or until melted.
  7. Spread over coconut layer.
  8. Cool 30 minutes.
  9. Chill.
  10. Cut into bars and place on serving plates.
  11. Garnish with toasted coconut.
