Sweet And Sour Pork Chops
- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
Pre-Heat Oven to 350. Place Pork Chops in a Baking Dish. Mix AllIngredients in a Bowl And Pour Over Pork Chops. Cover With Foil AndSlice Holes in It. Place in Oven And Cook For 1-1/2 Hrs.
