Description

A TNT recipe

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop onion and break up pork sausage and ground beef.
  2. Brown in skillet.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme and cumin.
  4. Stir occasionally after 5 minutes.
  5. The meat should have lost its pink color and the fat from sausage should be rendered.
  6. Cook spaghetti.
  7. Pour off excess grease from skillet.
  8. Add tomato sauce, then undrained mushrooms, the Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  9. Bring to a boil.
  10. Let simmer, covered and over medium low heat for about 15 minutes.
  11. Add cheese to skillet.
  12. Drain spaghetti in colander, return to its pot.
  13. Pour spaghetti sauce over and toss before serving.
