Mexican chocolate-pecan Riches
- 3 oz Unsweetened Bakers chocolate
- 1/3 Cup butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 Tsp vanilla
Dash cinnamon
- 1 1/3 Cup pecan Halves
In Top of double boiler on in Heavy Saucepan Over Low Heat MeltChocolate And butter;set Aside. in Large Bowl Beat eggs to Blend, ThenBeat in sugar, corn syrup, chocolate Mixture, vanilla And cinnamon. StirIn pecans. Turn Into Greased 2-Quart, 2-Inch Deep Baking Dish. Place InPan With 1/2 Inch Hot water. Bake in Preheated 350 Degree Oven 40Minutes or Just Until Set. Remove From water; Cool Thoroughly on Rack.Spoon Into Dessert Dishes. Makes 8 Generous Servings.
