Feta Cheese

Feta cheese is a soft white crumbly cheese often used on salads. It is traditionally made from goat's milk or sheep's milk, although it is often made from cow's milk in some countries.

Feta is a popular ingredient primarily in Greek recipes, including such standards as Greek salad and spanakopita.
