Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 3 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1½ cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs (beaten)
• 2 cups finely grated carrots

Directions

1. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
2. Add sugar and oil.
3. Mix well.
4. Add beaten eggs and carrots.
5. Mix well and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes
