Ingredients
- 1½ pounds boned and skinned chicken strips
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¾ cup sliced green onions
- ¾ cup sliced celery
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cups cooked rice
- ½ pound bulk hot pork or turkey sausage, crumbled, cooked, and drained
- 1 x 12-ounce can whole kernel corn with pepper, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
