roast the Duck on high temperature in a pan .put tthe Duck on the skin side for 2 minutes.put in the oven for 10 mnts.cook the muchrums in a pan.cook the beans in boiled water for 5 mnts.cook the potatoes in water. boile the honey,add the orange and the stock.boil untill stiff. dress the garnich,put the Duck on it.slice the potatoes ,in a circle.pour the sauce.
