  1. Combine rhubarb, gelatin, vanilla, and 1/2 cup orange juice in a 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. Blend remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle crumbs over rhubarb mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, just until bubbly.
