| Bread
Description
Garlic Bread [1] [2] is a simple and delicious side.
Ingredients
- 1 day old loaf Tuscan bread, cut into 1" thick slices
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and left whole
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup (or less) extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt
Procedure
- Toast the bread to achieve lightly browned bread slices.
- Rub the garlic on the toast.
- Place bread on serving plate and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt over all to taste.
