Description

A buttery pastry encased sugary sweet custard studded with raisins and walnuts. We definitely "couldn't eat just one!" Enjoy !

  • Makes 8 tarts.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add corn syrup and eggs, stirring until well combined.
  4. Stir in the vanilla, raisins and walnuts.
  5. Place pastry shells on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  6. Divide custard among the 8 pastry shells.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes, until custard is set in the middle of each tart.
