Description
Ingredients
- potatoes (750g)
- milk (1dcl)
- flour (300g)
- Bacon
- salt, black pepper, Sugar, cumin
- Sour cabbage
- 1 Onion
- 6 juniper berries
Directions
- begin by peeling the potatoes and grating them into a bowl. Then add some salt, milk and flour to make a mixture, which is neither too thick nor too thin. After that, form the mixture into little dumplings, throwing them straight into a pot of boiling, salty water.
- After the dumplings have been cooked for about 10 minutes, they rise to the top of the water. At this point take the pot off the hob, and drain the water away.
