Directions

  1. Cut Cauliflower into large flowerettes, cook briefly in butter.
  2. In the same pan brown slightly a piece of cut up Veal.
  3. add one or two finely minced garlic cloves, a small can of tomato paste and water to desired consistency.
  4. Cook for about 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
