Directions

  1. in a hot skillet combine oil, corn, peppers, Onion, Sugar and milk. Stir fry over high heat until all ingredients are mixed well.
  2. Cover and let cook over medium heat (checking, stirring often) until corn is carmelized. Mix in butter and salt/pepper to taste. Add diced tomatoes to garnish finished dish.
