Description

Ingredients

  • 1 BAG OR 3 LBS MUSSELS (CHOPPED)
  • 2 CUPS COCONUT MILK (PURE)
  • 1 CUP WATER
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED CRABMEAT
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED CUCUMBERS
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

  1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1/2 AN HOUR TO AN HOUR.
