Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. It was obtained when the family collection was purchased from the Burnett Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1981.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sauté onion, bell pepper and shrimp in oleo then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put in casserole dish and bake covered with foil at 350 °F for ~30 minutes.
  3. Combine rice, soup, tomatoes and water
  4. Pour over shrimp mixture
  5. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes longer.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
