Ingredients
- 1 lb jack cheese, grated
- 1 – 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium-large yellow onion, chopped
- 4 – 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped Ortega chilies
- 1 (4 oz) small can chopped olives
- cilantro to taste
- 1 recipe Good Seasons Italian dressing
- tortilla chips or Fritos
Procedures
- Melt all ingredients together except Italian dressing.
- When ready to serve; stir in Italian dressing and dip chips.
