Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Place ground beef in large bowl, add parsley, garlic powder and ground beef seasoning according to taste.
  2. Grind onion, then add eggs.
  3. Add cracker meal until firm.
  4. Form loaf.
  5. Place on a rack in a roasting pan, wrapping bottom first.
  6. Wrap entire loaf so that strips overlap.
  7. Crisscross strips on top to hold firm.
  8. Bake at 325°F to 350°F for 1 to 1½ hours, until firm.
  9. Especially good as leftovers.
  10. Enjoy.
